We meet once a week for 75 minutes over the course of 8 weeks, providing a consistent environment for mothers to grow together.
The group will be led by Katie Hurley, LCSW and Perinatal Mental Health certified therapist. Click here to learn more about Katie.
Our next group will begin on January 20 and meet for 8 weeks. You are welcome to join if you have a baby born between July 2024 and January 2025.

Meet Katie
Hello! My name is Katie Hurley. I am an LCSW licensed in both California & Illinois. I am also Perinatal Mental Health Certified therapist. I earned my MSW at the University of Southern California and I’ve been a psychotherapist in private practice for 5 years. I’m the owner of Scout Therapy Group, PLLC.
I have a background in children & families, but I’ve since specialized in women’s reproductive health— specifically, maternal mental health, Endometriosis, & trauma recovery. My clinical style is warm and analytical. I am most often utilizing Internal Family Systems & Trauma-Informed Care. I also incorporate art therapy whenever I can.
Therapy is your sacred space— I am here to protect it.
